Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is verified. You'll receive an order ID and receipt by email immediately.

All prices are in Nigerian Naira and include applicable taxes. Shipping is shown separately before payment.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. We'll keep you updated if anything changes.

Unopened, unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Food, treats and health products must be sealed. Contact us to arrange a return.

Pre-order items are charged at checkout and ship on the stated date. Restock notifications are informational and do not reserve stock.

Only verified purchasers may review a product after delivery. We may remove reviews that are abusive or unrelated to the product.
